At Clean Beauty Collective, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
